Speaking Engagements

Dr. Kraizer is available for presentation at conferences and for keynote addresses in the areas of:

  • prevention of child abuse
  • community-based prevention planning
  • risk management
  • evaluation of effectiveness of prevention efforts
  • elements of effective programming

Evaluation and Planning

Evaluation is an inherent part of Program planning and on-going assessment of effectiveness. This need not be expensive, overly time-consuming or complex. Dr. Kraizer can assist you in putting together an initial assessment and on-going evaluation of your community programming needs, effectiveness and compliance.

Dr. Sherryll Kraizer, has a Ph.D. in education with a specialization in youth at risk. She is the author of the Safe child program for prevention of child abuse, Reach and Challenge Programs for at-risk youth and the Recovery Program for previously victimized children. Dr. Kraizer is internationally recognized for her prevention curricula, creating models for maximizing community-wide participation in prevention efforts and her research of program effectiveness, including what methods effective actual behavioral change associated with reduction of risk. Dr. Kraizer is also an Instructional Specialist for Special Education and Response to Instruction for the Denver Public Schools.
